Instructions
  1. Follow video tutorial above for instructions. If using a vegan pie crust, check instructions below.
  2. You'll need two vegan pie crusts (homemade or store bought). If buying a pre-baked crust, skip pre-baking instructions.
  3. Pre-baking Instructions: Place each crust in a baking pan. Pierce most of the bottom of your unbaked crusts with a fork. Place them in the oven and bake for 10 min. or until crusts are just turning golden.
  4. When ready, remove from oven and fill each crust with the divided quiche filling. Cover crust edges with aluminum foil to prevent burning. Place back in your oven and bake for 30-35 min. or until center of quiche is slightly firm to the touch. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 min. before serving as desired.
