Pull-Apart Biscuit Sandwiches

Alright, so sometimes you just don’t feel like expending too much energy in the kitchen. That’s where recipes like these come in. I LIVE for a good semi-homemade recipe. They usually require very few ingredients, very little cooking from scratch, and you can whip them up pretty easily. These pull-apart biscuit sandwiches fall right into the semi-homemade category and do not disappoint. They’re pretty delicious and pretty simple to make.

For these sandwiches I used some canned flaky biscuits from the Annie’s brand, which were a total time saver. I was lucky to find them at my local Publix, which is awesome because the only biscuits usually available are Pillsbury and they are not vegan. This sandwiches were then filled with vegan cheese slices, vegan ham, and coated in vegan ranch dressing. What’s not to love about this combo?! I should also mention that these sandwiches are also great when entertaining and kids especially love them. So, I hope you like this recipe and make sure to check out the full video tutorial too at RiB Youtube Channel. While you’re there, make sure to like, share, & SUBSCRIBE! 🙂

      Instructions
      1. Preheat your oven to 350 F.
      2. Begin by splitting each biscuit in half. Then begin cutting your sliced cheese into four squares and add two squares of cheese to one half of your biscuits along with one slice of vegan ham folded. Top your filled halves with the remaining biscuit dough and place them stacked together, one after the other, in a bread baking dish or cake pan (round or square). Coat your biscuits with ranch dressing. Then, place them in your oven to bake for 30 minutes. Take them out at the 30 minute mark and cover your baking dish with aluminum foil before placing them back in the oven to bake for another 30 minutes. You want to make sure that your dough is cooked all the way through.
      3. Once done baking, let them cool for 10 minutes and then serve. ENJOY!
