      Instructions
      1. First, fill a shallow dish with filtered water and set aside. Then, add the rest of the ingredients, excluding the rice paper, to a small mixing bowl and whisk together well. This is your bacon marinade.
      2. Next, heat a medium saute pan over medium heat.
      3. Now, take two sheets of your rice paper, they are usually round, and line them both up, one on top of the other, and dip them together in your water. Just enough to wet both sheets and quickly remove from water. Set sheets on a cutting board or clean flat surface and with your hands rub the paper down on one side then turn and lightly rub on the other. Paper should be just wet enough to stick to each other and remain somewhat firm, not mushy. Quickly cut into strips and dip strips into your marinade, allowing them to become fully coated. Remove from marinade and immediately place on your hot pan.
      4. Cook bacon on each side for about 3-4 minutes, being careful not to burn the strips. Serve immediately and ENJOY!
