      Instructions
      1. The key to this recipe is the soaking of your seeds. You want to allow your sunflowers seeds to soak for at least 2 hrs or you can let them soak overnight in your fridge. Soaking allows for the seeds to be easily blended into a smooth and creamy consistency.
      2. To soak your seeds, place 1 cup of the sunflower seeds in a small bowl and add 2 cups of water. You can add more water if you'd like, as long as all of the seeds are fully immersed in the water. They will become slightly larger in size as they soak.
      3. Once seeds have soaked, drain and rinse them off with fresh water. Add the drained seeds to a blender along with 1/2 cup of fresh filtered water and the rest of your ingredients. Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth. You may need to add a bit more water to help the blending process a long. Add extra water 1 tbsp at a time to prevent your cream to turn into a liquid.
      4. Once fully blended into a creamy consistency, place in a sealable container and allow to cool in your fridge for at least 20 min. It will last for at least 5 days in your fridge. When ready to use, stir the cream and add it to your favorite meal. ENJOY!
